Please note the following conditions:
- For product exchanges for an alternate size, we accept the return of items if they are unopened (except in cases where the item has been tried for fit) and in their original condition
- For exchanges related to dissatisfaction related to quality, construction or performance related issues, you can return within 60 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item providing an explanation is provided to us.
- You can always return items if they are defective
- If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective we will be happy to refund the postage costs
incurred in sending the error / defective item to us subject to certain conditions outlined below.
Switzerland Postage Refunds
Postage refunds will be authorized for all returned items sent by Swiss Post .
International Postage Refunds
Postage refunds can only be authorized if you have sent the item using a “standard international service” from your national postal organization (for example, this would be USPS in the United States, Australia Post in Australia and bpost in Belgium).
- We will not refund postage costs if you use a premium/expedited courier service.
- We will not accept returns made by private carrier company such as FedEx, UPS, DHL , etc.
